We absolutely loved our stay here, in our beautiful Verde apartment on the 4th floor. It was so roomy and light, lovely ambience and decor. Fabulous bathroom and kitchen. Anna our host, was superb! Lovely courtyard and entrance, a great first impression, in a gorgeous area with cafes, and a supermarket!

Paolo met us in the front door & assisted us with the luggages. He was very helpful in explaining everything on a detailed manner. Breakfast was included & it was nice to be eating in the room leisurely. The basket was fully stocked with bread, jam, croissants, cookies, cereals, etc. The fridge had water, milk & butter. The location is so convenient & accessible to all sites, restaurants, etc. Their is an elevator & the room was clean & of a right size. I highly recommend this place.

First of all the location was very good, very near to a Metro station. The room was very clean and good, with a set of kitchen accessories available for use. It had air conditioning and the wifi facility was good. The hospitality shown by the staff was excellent, he needs a 5 star rating. The last day we left our luggages in the reception to rome around the places and collected it later in the day. Overall it was very satisfying stay.

Salman and Francesco were really accommodating and responds quickly to your queries. You will feel right at home in their place. It was also very accessible using public transport and yet it is still a quiet neighborhood but with enough shops for what you need. I highly recommend staying here especially if you prefer somewhere close to the Vatican.

I highly recommend this apartment. It's very comfy and very clean. Exept the apartment we could use the dinning room (common for every room) and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the stay. The owner - Claudio is very nice and helpful. The location is very quiet and you can rest after long day of sightseeing. There is a supermarket nearby, where you can buy everything you need. It is well connected to the city center. You can easily and quickly get to all the most important places in Rome.

It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

There's also a basic kitchen in the flat (including a capsule coffee maker) which would probably allow for simple self-catering, but which we did not use.
